Manifest Abundance For 2022

Listen to the following meditation for the next three weeks and for the next ten minutes, we will rewire our minds to think in a way that attracts abundance. We end up attracting the thoughts and stories that lurk in our minds when we feel desperate for something we end up attracting to the absence of that very thing.

In other words, the more we obsess over something, the more we push it away from ourselves. 

So, let's replace our anger with compassion, our fears with hope and our anxieties, with gratitude, with this guided meditation session. 

Find yourself a quiet and comfortable place to meditate in. 

Assume a position that you find comfortable, preferably sitting or lying down if you wish.

Give your body and your mind a moment to settle down and relax.

Now, I would like to invite your attention to the movement of your breath. 

Set aside any thoughts lurking in your mind and listen to your breath. 

Notice how it moves in and out of your body.

Follow each inhale and each exhale with focus. 

Notice how it feels to breathe. 

Notice the moment and notice any sensations that come with it. 

Notice how it feels as your body inhales and exhales. 

Pay attention and notice every time you breathe, become more familiar with your own presence at the moment.

Tune in with emotions, your thoughts, your body and choose to focus your attention on the movement of your breath. 

Now bring intention to the motion of your breath.

Take a couple of nice big and deep breaths in through nose and exhale slowly, and gently through your mouth.

Breathe deeply into your stomach, allowing it to expand outward as you inhale and letting it fall back as you exhale.

Make each rotation of your breath slower and longer than the one before.

Breathe in, breathe out.

Breathe in, and breathe out.

Allow your exhale to be slightly longer than your inhale.

Let the chaos of your mind come to a peaceful stillness. 

And let the time around you slow down. Now, once again, breathe in deeply.

And as you exhale, breathe out with a gentle "sigh" and let your whole body sink into that breath. 

Then from here on out allow your breath to fall into a natural rhythm.

Roll your shoulders back a little bit to open the heart space and breathe naturally into this space around your heart and let the space expand with every exhale.

Let each inhale, bring relaxation and peace with it.

And allow any tension or stress to escape your mind as you breathe out.

Slowly, begin to shift your attention away from your breath and turn it on to your body. 

Sense the ever expanding heart space in your body.

So much room for love.

Yet, never enough time to take in all the abundance around us.

Abundance is everywhere in the universe.

Wherever you turn your sight, you'll find abundance.

You'll find life everywhere in so many forms.

You'll find trees, animals, insects all surviving and thriving.

The universe provides for them just as it will provide for you. 

Connect to the energy of abundance  and invite it to flow easily into your life.

Feel connected and grounded to Mother Earth.

Allow this feeling to grow into your heart space. 

As you remain open and connected to your flowing energy, simply relax and let the abundance manifest by itself into your life. 

You are present here, focused, flourishing and happy without a worry in the world. 

Safe and secure in the knowledge that you're provided for that you'll have your way in life.

You'll manifest whatever you wish for, be it wealth, health, relationships, a better social life, meaning, mindfulness, opportunities.

Now, for the rest of this session, listen to my voice. 

Follow my words. 

Repeat them in your mind or out loud if you prefer. 

I am attracting abundance into my life.

There are infinite resources out there for me. 

There are infinite opportunities out there for me.

My mindset is primed for attracting abundance. 

I am thriving in wealth that I possess right now. 

My heart is filled with gratitude. 

My heart is filled with love. 

My heart is filled with compassion for myself and others. 

I don't let envy, anger or depression into my heart.

My thoughts attract beauty and purpose in my life. 

I am destined to live the life of my dreams.

I am destined to achieve success and prosperity. 

I am grateful for everything I have in my life.

I am grateful for the wealth and riches in my life. 

I am grateful for all the experiences I've had in my life, the good, the bad, the ugly. 

I discover unique opportunities that benefit me in the long run. 

I cherish the abundance of happiness that each day brings me.

Every waking moment of my life, I attract a multitude of opportunities.

I attract wealth and abundance natural.

I am generous with everything that I am blessed with. 

I openly share the abundance that I receive.

All the doors to my heart are wide open.

I deserve the abundance that enters my life constantly. 

I deserve every opportunity that comes my way. 

I breathe abundance and I exhale fear, anxieties, self-doubt.

I am surrounded by the abundant energy in the universe. 

I am open to manifesting abundance into my life. 

And now it's time to bring this session to an end.

Let's tune back into our senses and find a connection into the present.

Take a nice, slow and deep breath in.

Hold on to it for a moment and slowly let it out in a gentle and steady exhale.

Now gently open your eyes and allow your full awareness to return.

Tune back into your sense of sight and focus on an object in the room for a moment. 

And that's it for today's session.
